Question and Answers

Your symptoms indicate that you may have a tripped safety thermostat. I circled that component in red on the image below. That safety thermostat can sometimes trip during a clean cycle due to the high heat used in that mode. If you want to fix this problem yourself, then you can shut off the house circuit breakers for the oven and carefully pull it out of the cabinet to check that thermostat. It has a red reset button that can be pressed to restore power to the oven heating elements. Here is a link that has a picture of that safety thermostat so that you can see the reset button: Thermostat Switch for Frigidaire Wall Oven Model PLEB30S9FCD.

Here is a link for the installation guide on your oven that will help you pull it out of the cabinet: Frigidaire Wall Oven PLEB30S9FCD Installation Instructions.

Remove the outer back panel of the oven to access that safety thermostat once you pull the oven out of the cabinet.

If you reset that safety thermostat and the oven still won't heat, then you could have a voltage supply problem, a wiring failure or a problem with the electronic control board in the oven. Reply with additional details if you need more help resolving this problem.

If you get to the point where you need to have a service technician diagnose and repair this failure, you can schedule service through this link: Sears Home Services Oven Repair.
