Thank you for your question. I know it's frustrating when the furnace stops working. Based on the information listed, it sounds like the transformer # 90-T40M3 has failed. A good check will be to check the voltage coming into the transformer on the white and black wires on one side for 120 volts and then the yellow and black wires on the other side for 24 volts. If it has 120 volts coming in but no low voltage coming out, the transformer will need to be replaced. Be very careful when making this voltage check. Also check for any wires that could be shorted because it's a very common reason for the transformer to fail. I hope this will help you.
