You could have hoses that are pushing the drawer out or you could have a problem with that lid assembly. The images below show information on removing the drawer and accessing components inside that cabinet. You may be able to shut off the house circuit breaker for the dishwasher and check those components yourself using the information shown below. The hoses could be twisted. If the drawer was removed during previous service and it was not rotated back to the original position properly, then the hoses could be causing your problem.

These issues are somewhat difficult to check unless you are familiar with servicing this type of dishwasher. If you get to a point where you need to have a service technician examine the dishwasher and correct this problem, you can schedule service through this link: Sears Home Services .
