I know that it can be very frustrating to have issues with your dryer. Your dryer has a worn front drum seals and the clothes are getting pinched in between the dryer drum and the front panel as the drum rotates. I would suggest that you open the dryer door and without any clothes in it, reach into the drum on the very top and lift up on the drum. If it will move up about a 1/2 inch or so the drum guides and seals are worn out and will need to be replaced. I would recommend that you have a technician do this for you. If you would like to schedule service, just click on this link: Sears Home Services . I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please reply to this thread. Thank you for using Manage My Life.

Thank you. I ordered the seal part # 4036EL3001A, item K140 on the parts diagram based on earlier research. Can you advise what the part #s are for the drum guides? There are cover guides, filter guides and one other part on the diagram, K540, listed as a guide but that doesn't look like it would apply to the drum guide you mention. Top selling parts for this dryer are drum roller assembly and roller assembly and look like they may be more applicable to this issue. I see them listed as K250 and K251 on the diagram. K251 is also listed twice with different part #s and costs. Can you advise by part #?
