Q:

Installation of Grass catcher

A:

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem installing the bagger. I know some of them can be tricky to install. Over the years, we have sold a few different models of baggers and tractors. They all mount differently. If you could please reply below with the model numbers of the bagger and tractor, I should be able to assist you.

Thank you for using Manage my life.

Q:

What is causing my wall oven to not heat in any cycle and the 100 degrees in the display will disappear after 15 seconds?

A:

First, it should display 100 degrees but that does not indicate the oven is already up to 100 degrees. It just starts off at 100 degrees. You're symptoms indicate a failed Electronic Oven Control (EOC) providing you have 240 vac supplied to the range. The L2 voltage supply could be dropping out under the load of the element causing no heat. I can not be 100% certain but the likely failure is the electronic oven control board if the L2 voltage is not dropping out. There is slight possibility of the low voltage circuit of the door lock or the oven sensor probe causing the failure too.

The Electronic Oven Control is un-available for ordering. It has to be shipped to a rebuild center for repair. You would have to call a Sears technician to diagnose and remove the control board. He will have to take the control with him and he will have it sent in for repair.

I recommend calling a Sears technician to diagnose and repair your range or replace the wall oven.
