Your symptoms indicate that you probably have a tripped house circuit breaker or a blown fuse on one leg of the 240 volt power supply. I recommend that you check the house circuit breakers or house fuses for the oven first. 


If you find no problems with the house circuit breakers or house fuses, I recommend that you carefully check the electrical outlet voltage using a volt/ohm meter as shown in this brief video: 


If that outlet voltage is okay, then you can check the wiring on the terminal block at the back of the range (with the range unplugged).
