Q:

bissell proheat 2x 8920,9200,9300,9400 series

A:

Make sure that the tanks are seated properly. If the tanks are okay, then you likely have a pump failure or a restriction in one of the hoses. Here is a link for a previous answer that has information and images on the pump and plumbing inside the unit: Where can I get a diagram showing where the hoses connect? . If you are advanced in technical skills, you may be able to access the plumbing and check the pump. Here is a link for a previous answer that shows how to open up the unit: How do I change the hose assembly on a Bissell 9200 Pro Heat steam cleaner? . Be sure that you have the shampooer unplugged when accessing internal components. If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired by a Sears technician. Here is a link that will provide the nearest drop-off locations: Sears Home Services .

Q:

My Intuition vacuum seems to have lost suction and the check bag light comes on. The bag has been changed 2 times. What is wrong?

A:

Without a model number I can't send any images of how to find the blockage in your vacuum.

You have a blockage somewhere. Straighten the hose and look through it. Take the bottom plate off the nozzle and check carefully for a blockage there.
