Thank you for submitting your question, I can understand your concern. There could be many causes of water to drip out on the bottom.

  • Bad bottom seal

  • Using too much detergent can cause a lot of suds.

  • Not level side to side.

  • A split in the lower spray arm.

  • Overfilling

  • Incomplete pump outs

I recommend removing the lower inspection panel to try & see exactly where the water is leaking from. If you see water leaking from the bottom of the door I suspect the spray arm or overfilling possibly due from a poor pump out. If you see water under the machine I suspect a hose or wash pump/motor problem. Another possibility is a split or cracked spray arm.
