Question and Answers

Q:

Hi, I just purchased a generator (Model# GP7500E) , fule type is natural gas. My question is that "can I connect this unit directly to a dedicated gas line?

A:

I am showing that the GP7500E runs on gasoline. I checked with Generac. They seem to indicate that the model GP7500E also uses gasoline. The manual does not indicate that it is set up to use natural gas. I see the indication on Sears.com that the fuel type is "natural gas". You may have a different model that is not listed on the Generac website yet. I recommend that you call Generac directly at 1-800-436-3722. They should be able to answer your question if that model is set up to use natural gas.
