This failure could be caused by a failure in the membrane keypad or the electronic control board in the console. I recommend that you shut off the house circuit breaker for the oven and access the ribbon cable that runs from the membrane keypad to the electronic clock control board as shown in the image below. Check that ribbon cable for damage or corrosion on the contacts. Make sure that it is plugged in properly. If it is, then you will probably need to have to replace the membrane key panel and/or the electronic clock control board to fix this problem. There is not a test for the key panel in this oven to determine which component is causing your failure. The only color of key panel that is available is white. The part number for that white key panel is 4451348. You can order that part from the Sears PartsDirect website. Here is a direct link for that part: Control Panel -- White . If the electronic control board needs to be replaced, that component will need to be removed and sent to a repair facility. That part (4452241) is no longer available as a replacement part. You can remove that electronic control board and send it to a Core Centric Solutions for repair. Here is a link for the website for that repair facility that has contact information: . The cost for that control board repair is normally around $150. Be sure that you shut off the house circuit breaker for the oven before accessing internal components.

This information may help you fix this control problem on your oven. If you need more assistance, reply with additional details.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
