Disabling the bip FPRH19D7LF1 Frigidaire Refrigerator

Can't adjust Temperature. FPRH19D7LF1 Frigidaire Refrigerator

Thanks for the inquiry and for being a valued member.

I am sorry to hear that the temperature control is not adjusting or responding on the refrigerator. I know how frustrating that is to have happen.

It is possible that the electronic control board in your refrigerator has failed. If you disconnect power, you can try to do a hard reset by unplugging the refrigerator for 2 to 5 minutes and the plugging it back in and restoring power. This will help clear any glitches the control board may have encountered. If this does not work, I recommend having a technician going out to properly diagnose and repair your refrigerator. It’s likely the board, part number 297326500, will need to be replaced.

If you would feel more confident have a Sears Home Service technician help assist with the diagnosis/repair, you can call 1-800-469-4663, or click here to be directed to the page to set up service.

I hope this helps and thanks for using We appreciate your business.

Frigidaire FPRH19D7LF1 not cooling properly, evaporator coils frosting up FPRH19D7LF1 Frigidaire Refrigerator

Thank You for choosing Sears It is unfortunate to hear that you are having issues with your fridge and I do understand your frustration. Glad to help out. I'm looking at your model number fprh19d7lf1 and from your description and the parts you have already tested, you may have a bad thermistor. The thermistor is located by the evaporator. If the thermistor checks out fine you might have a failing electronic control assembly. I hope this information helps with your troubleshooting and here is a video that will help.  If you have further questions please resubmit your question for further information.
Thank you for choosing Sears
