Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having this problem with the range. The information you have received is very good. If the igniter is glowing but the burner is not igniting, the first check will need to be the amp draw of the igniter. Even though the igniter is new, this check will need to be made to determine if the problem could be with the safety valve. Now, if the igniter is not glowing, the problem would most likely be with the control. A good check for this would be to connect the L1 wire and the wire leading down to the igniter at the control. Be sure to disconnect the power first. When these wires are connected, reconnect the power and if the igniter now glows, the control # 316455410 will need to be replaced. I hope this will help you.
