The normal resistance of the oven temperature sensor probe at room temperature should be around 1090 ohms. I provided a temperature/resistance chart for that probe in the image below. According to your measurements, the probe is bad and will need to be replaced.

The part number for the sensor is 316134900. You can order that sensor from the Sears PartsDirect website.

The control should normally show the F3 error code when the sensor resistance is that high (see information on the F3 in the image below). There is a chance that you also have a problem with the electronic oven control board.
