You will need to shut off the house circuit breakers for the range before opening that console. I posted a basic procedure for opening that console in the image below. That information should help you access the clock control board. Be sure that you not the location of the wires on that existing control board before removing them. Take a digital picture of the wires if necessary. Those wires will need to be properly replaced on the new control board after you switch out the components.
