Refrigerator drain access EB9FVBRWS03 Whirlpool Refrigerator

Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having this problem with water leaking under the fridge. If the drain is clogged, there will be a sheet of ice in the bottom of the freezer. When this occurs, eventually the water will leak out the front under the door. In this case, to access the drain, it will require removing the back panel in the freezer. Be sure to disconnect the power first. To remove the back panel, everything in the freezer will have to be taken out. With the panel out, now you will be able to clear the ice from the drain trough under the evaporator. A hair dryer works well for this but be careful not to get anything too hot. When the ice is removed, you will be able to see the drain hole. Use hot water to clear the drain hole. I hope this will help you. If you would like more assistance, reply to this thread and I will assist you further.
