Q:

Pro-Form 395 E Elliptical Exerciser

A:

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem removing the arm. Without the model number on the frame I am not sure what style set up you have. The manufacturer has two types of arms. They both have a bolt in the center that secures it to the crank. First, you need to loosen the bolt then look inside the arm. If the arm has threads cut into it, you need to use a crank puller to remove it. If you do not see any threads, you can use a 2 jaw puller or just loosen the bolt. Then pull out on the arm and have a helper hit the head of the bolt with a hammer. Once you hit the bolt, it should break it loose. After you remove the arm you can replace the belt.

I hope this is helpful. If you need further assistance, please reply below with more details. .

Thank you for using Manage my life. Mark T

Q:

Why when I set the oven temperature above 395 degrees the temperature goes down?

A:

I'm not clear in understanding the symptom. Are you speaking of the actual oven cavity temperature or is it digital display temperature once you release the up or down pad?

Resubmit your question with the complete model number taken directly from the range and additional details of the symptom.

Q:

ProForm 395 E Elliptical AC Apapter

A:

You should find a receptacle inside the battery compartment for that AC Adapter. The owner's manual indicates that the AC Adapter receptacle is in that location. Here is a link for the owner's manual in case you need it: Owner's Manual .

If you need more help, let us know.
