Question and Answers

Q:

How to clean continuous cleaning ovens?

A:

If the continuous clean feature is still working you should use a dishwashing detergent such as Joy or Palmolive on a wet cloth or a plastic scrubber.

If the continuous feature is no longer working you can use regular oven cleaner such as Easy Off. If you don't care for the continuous clean feature, clean it like you would any oven.

Q:

Samsung Washer (WF220ANW) and Dryer (DV220AE)

A:

I have a similar front load washer and I have experienced this same problem with the towels. The second link that Jackie S. provided in the above response gives some advice that may help you with this problem. Here are some additional tips:

  • If possible, you should leave the washer door open between loads.
  • Use some liquid chlorine bleach through the normal washer dispenser if this is safe to use on the towels that you have.
  • I don't recommend that you use fabric softener on the towels.
  • Remove the towels as quickly as possible after the cycle is finished.
  • Use HE (High Efficiency) detergent in the appropriate quantity to avoid excessive suds during the wash cycle. You will normally need only a tablespoon of HE detergent for the towels.
  • Check that debris filter at the bottom of the front panel periodically. This procedure is shown on page 27 of your owner's manual.

I hope that this information helps. If you need more assistance, reply with additional details.
