Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having problems with the snow blower. The model number you have provided did not pull up for me but that is ok, the information is going to me the same. If the auger is not turning, I recommend checking the belt first. The instructions for adjusting and replacing the belt should be in the owner's manual. If the belt seems to be fine start the engine and have, someone pull the auger lever while you watch the augers from a safe distance. If the impeller is spinning and the augers are not I recommend checking the shear bolts. The shear bolts are made to break if the auger comes into contact of something hard. The second image shows how to replace the shear bolts. If the shear bolts are ok, the problem would be a sheared gear in the front gear box. To replace this gear you have to completely disassemble the front of the snow blower. A service technician usually does this type of repair. I hope this is helpful.

Thank you for your question on the high water level in the water softener.

If sounds like the venturi passage is plugged or the rotary valve is jammed in a cycle.

You will need to unplug the softener and remove the salt and water from the storage tank.

Then you will need to check and clean the venturi as described on the under side of the lid of the softener cover. Also check the wire harness connections for the control board and the position switches for the rotary valve.

If it is stuck in the fill position you can tell be looking in the small window on the top of the valve to see in want position the valve is currently in.

If the normal operation of the valve an S for service should be in the window of the valve frame. If it is in any other position the valve may be jammed and is too hard for the motor to rotate the valve.

If this is the case you may need to remove the valve rotor and replace the seal and gasket kit for the softener.

I will give you a link to troubleshooting for Kenmorewater.com and this will help you understand the operation of the softener.

I have given you the error code definitions below.

Q:

what does the code F3 mean on my HE 3 washer?

A:

The HE3 washers with a water heater will display the F3 code when the heating element is shorted to ground. You will likely need to unplug the washer and check this component. The location of the heating element depends on the exact model of HE3 washer that you have. If the water heater is in the front of the washer at the bottom of the outer tub, you can access it by following the procedure shown in the image below. You can unplug the wires on the heating element and check the resistance between each element lead and the metal housing of the heating element using a volt/ohm meter. You should measure Ol (open load or infinite resistance) if the element is not shorted to ground. If you detect a resistance reading then this confirms that the heating element is shorted to ground and will need to be replaced. If the heating element is not shorted to the metal housing then I recommend measuring the resistance through the element by placing one probe on one spade of the element and the other probe of your volt/ohm meter on the other spade to check the resistance through the element itself. You should measure about 13 ohms of resistance through the element. If the element is open (measures Ol -- open load or infinite resistance) then it is bad and will need to be replaced. If the element is okay, you can check each wire for resistance to the metal cabinet of the washer to check for a short in the wiring. If you detect no short then you could have a problem with the control board. Submit additional details and the full model number of your HE3 washer if you need more help with this problem.

The heating element is on the back of some HE3 washers. You would need to unplug the washer , shut off the water supply and remove the back panel to access the heater on this type of HE3 washer.
