Q:

there is no power or display to my microwave model721.664 625 00

A:

Make sure that the electrical outlet that you are plugging the microwave into is working. Plug a small lamp or appliance into the outlet to check this issue.

If the outlet is working, then the microwave will need to be serviced by a technician. You could have a failed interlock switch, a wiring failure, or a bad control board. This type of internal component failure should only be serviced by a technician. Microwaves have high voltage internal components that can retain a lethal electrical charge even when the microwave is completely unplugged. They are inherently dangerous to service and should not be accessed by anyone other than a technician. Here is a link for the Sears Service website that has information on drop-off locations: Sears Home Services .

Q:

Why does my less then 1 year old Craftsman 625 series lawn mower shut down after about 10 minutes?

A:

When a lawn mower starts and runs fine for 10-20 minutes, the problem is usually the fuel cap not venting properly. As the gas is used out of the fuel tank, the vent on the fuel cap lets air into the tank to replace the volume. If air is not let into the tank the tank vacuum locks and fuel stops flowing to the engine.

You can test this by filling the tank 1/2 full and mowing without a cap on the tank. If the engine still dies, there is a problem with the engine. If the engine runs ok this way, you need to replace the fuel cap.

If you will call 1-800-469-4663, an agent there will send you a new fuel cap free of charge.
