Question and Answers

Q:

Head rebuild Air compressor #919155731

A:

Thank you for your question on the air compressor rebuilt.

I believe you should have gotten a head and reed valve plate and some gaskets. This should be all you need to update the head and reed plate assembly repair.

You should not need the flat head gasket or the round O-ring for the cylinder.

The electronic control board (mother board) for this dishwasher cost about $100. It is part number 8564546. Here is a direct Sears PartsDirect.com link for that part: Electronic Control .

The procedure for replacing this control board is shown in the first image below. Be sure that you shut off the circuit breaker for the dishwasher before beginning this procedure.

_NOTE: _ Before replacing the control board, I recommend that you reply with additional details regarding your failure. If the control panel is not even powering up, you could have a blow TCO (Thermal Cut-Out) fuse. The wiring diagram for your dishwasher is shown in the second image below. The voltage supply circuit with the TCO fuse is traced in red. The third image shows how to replace the TCO fuse is this is your problem.

Shut off the circuit breaker to disconnect power before accessing internal components.

A bad door switch can also prevent the dishwasher from starting. The circuit through the door switch is traced in blue. I recommend that you check this circuit before replacing the control board if the dishwasher if powering up but not starting.

If you need more help, reply with additional details and we will assist you further.

craftsman compressor

A:

Thank you for your question on the wiring positions on the GE motor.

There should be a motor number on the side of the motor on a sticker. It should start with a MOXXXX number.

I will send you the one for GE motors that I have.

It should work for most GE air compressor motors.

If it is not right then please reply with the motor number and I will try to get some information on the motor wiring.
