Q:

What would cause C:00 to display and constantly beep on my washer while in operation?

A:

I do not have enough information but based on your details the control board is indicating that the washer has been put into the Diagnostic test mode but it would not be beeping. This is most likely being caused by the machine control board. I can't understand how it could actually complete a wash cycle while displaying C:00 while beeping. The C:00 displays when the washer is put into a diagnostic test mode. See image below. I recommend putting the washer into a diagnostic test mode following the instructions in the image below "Starting Diagnostic Test Only". It will automatically go through different various steps while the display changes from C:00 to C:01, C:02, C:03 etc. If it goes through all the steps and shuts off, the likely cause of the C:00 to display is most likely the machine control and it would need to be replaced.

I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your washer.

Q:

there is no power or display to my microwave model721.664 625 00

A:

Make sure that the electrical outlet that you are plugging the microwave into is working. Plug a small lamp or appliance into the outlet to check this issue.

If the outlet is working, then the microwave will need to be serviced by a technician. You could have a failed interlock switch, a wiring failure, or a bad control board. This type of internal component failure should only be serviced by a technician. Microwaves have high voltage internal components that can retain a lethal electrical charge even when the microwave is completely unplugged. They are inherently dangerous to service and should not be accessed by anyone other than a technician. Here is a link for the Sears Service website that has information on drop-off locations: Sears Home Services .
