Thank you for your question. I am sorry you are having a problem with the mower. If the gas is running out of the carburetor there is a problem with the float or the needle and seat. When the fuel fills the float bowl, the float should float and push the needle up into the seat and stop the flow of fuel. If it is not stopping the fuel flow, it might have some debris in the seat. If this is the case, cleaning the carburetor will cure the problem. Without a model number, I am not sure what model engine you have on your mower.
