Thanks for the inquiry and for using
When you first cleaned the carburetor, how varnished was it inside? If the carburetor was excessively varnished, or still has residual varnish inside (even trace amounts), it will dislodge when fired up and will clog the main jet again. This sounds like what's occurring. I had a similar issue with my carburetor on the pressure washer. I cleaned it about 2 or 3 times and had the same issue, it would work but then clog up again. Turns out there was varnish is one of the air passageways that would dislodge as soon as I had it put back together and in operation. I ended up taking off the float bowl, float, and needle and soaked the carb body (minus float, needle, ect) in carb cleaner overnight. Once soaked, I blew out all the passageways with my air compressor and it's worked like a charm ever since.
You have to make sure you get all the visible varnish with a wire brush, and douse liberally with carb cleaner inbetween brushings. The overnight soaking will get alot of that internal varnish unstuck enough for you to blow it out. If that doesn't work or help any, it may be easier to replace the carburetor depending on the replacement cost.
Hope this helps and thanks for using We appreciate your business.
