Located behind the pinion gear (Key#49) as shown in the parts breakdown is the pawl assembly (Key#55). The pawl is likely not likely releasing due to grass and debris packed in the pawl assembly. You will need to remove both front wheels and the pinions and inspect and clean the assymbly which consist of several components. The left and right pinion pawl assembly may be worn and will need to be replaced. You can view and order parts at Searspartsdirect.
