Question and Answers

Q:

Looking for gauge wheels.

A:

Thank you for your question.

Gauge wheels are used on some models to keep the deck from pitching too far side to side. I have looked up the model number you have submitted and this mower does not have gauge wheels. please disregard the instructions about the gauge wheels. I am sorry for the misprint in the manual.

Please let me know if you need further assistance on the mower.

Thank you for using Manage my life.

Q:

Lawn Tractor, trying to change blades. Does it require a special jack to raise it?

A:

You do not have to jack the mower up in order to replace the blade. Raise the mower deck to the highest position to allow access to the blade. NOTE: Wear gloves to protect hands. I added a link to Manage My Life where you can view and download the User's manual for instructions on removing and replacing the 30" blade.
