You could have a problem with the oven door lock motor assembly or the electronic oven control board. Since this wall oven combo has a microwave, I recommend that you have a service technician diagnose and repair that failure. Microwaves contain high-voltage components that can retain a lethal electrical charge of up to 2200 VAC -- even when the microwave is unplugged. Repairs and adjustments, even minor ones such as repairing a door lock assembly, can cause microwave leakage. A microwave shielding leakage test should be performed after any microwave/oven combo service.
