Question and Answers

Q:

9114554190 --- f 1 code can i fix this myself and do i need parts and if so what type of parts ? what is f1 code

A:

You can try to reset the control by shutting off the house circuit breaker for the range for 3 minutes. If you restore power and still see that F1 code then the clock control board in the console will need to be removed and sent to CoreCentric Solutions to be repaired (about a $150 repair). That F1 indicates that a transistor in that clock control board has failed. The replacement part for that control board is no longer available. That is why the clock control board would need to be removed and sent off for repair. Here is a link for that control board repair center that has contact information: CoreCentric Solutions.com . To remove that control board, you will need to shut off the house circuit breaker for the range to completely disconnect electrical power . Follow the procedure shown in the image below to access that clock control board in the console.
