Question and Answers

Q:

Jenn Air..CFM

A:

I did not find specific information on a Jenn Air model 88370. The downdraft blowers that Jenn Air used in the 1980's were usually rated at 425 CFM to 500 CFM.

You can reply with more details of the product and a complete model number. We can research that specification further if we have more product information such as the full model number.

Q:

I need an add on a headlight for a 88970 snow thrower. What do I need to buy from the 88999 parts book?

A:

Most snow thrower engines have a wire coming out of the alternator and just hanging out of the blower housing on the engine. If the snow thrower does not have a light the wire is loose, not attached to anything. This wire is to use for a light if the snow thrower has one. You can ask the salesman to look on the snow thrower or look yourself.

You can buy a light to attach to the snow thrower at an automobile parts store. Sears should have some. I think it would be very difficult to install a light behind the lens on this snow thrower.
