please tell me the year of Model number: 8737 3110 Serial #: M3490 8200

Thank you for your question.

I will be happy to assist you. I have looked up the serial number you have submitted. This dryer was manufactured in December 1983. I can really give you an average dry time. The reason is there are too many variables. These are the load size, how well they are spun out, the fabric type, the type of venting used, and the length of the vent. Due to the age of the dryer, it is going to take longer to dry clothes. The reason is the drum seals are probably worn and the blower wheel could be partly plugged. If the dryer is taking double the time it used to take, I suspect the vent to the outside is plugged. The verify this you can run a load with the vent disconnected. Of course, open any widows in the room to allow any moisture and exhaust to escape. If the dryer dries like it used to I recommend cleaning the vent to the outside.
