Can you tell me what parts and info i would need to convert from propane to natural Gas a kenmore gas dryer mod 110.78942892. Note i am going from propane to n

Thank you for your question.

I can understand wanting to convert your dyer back to natural gas.

Gas appliances are inherently dangerous because of possible leaking after servicing so we suggest that you have a technician do this conversion for you.

It is not a difficult job if you have some mechanical ability and now how to leak check a gas fitting.

If you decide to do this yourself you will need a couple of parts that probably not saved from the conversion to LP.

You will need a type one orifice part number: 234826 for about $12.00 and also a leak limiter cap to change the regulator back to natural gas pressure.

That part number is: 694424 for about $10.00.

First make sure the power is off to the dryer.

Then turn the gas supply off to the dryer if it is connected.

Then remove the lower panel on the front of the dryer.

There are two spring clips, one on either side of the panel between the upper and lower panel seam.

Push in to release the spring clip with a putty knife type tool, and then lift the panel off.

Locate the retainer screws that hold the burner assembly to the cabinet.

Remove the two wires that connect to the flame switch on the side of the burner combustion funnel.

Remove the connection on the gas supply line but un-threading the compression nut #24 to the dryer burner and slide the burner out.

Remove the burner tube from the burner support so you can get to the orifice.

Remove the LP orifice # 9 and replace with the Nat orifice.

Re-install the burner tube.

Then remove the top limiter cap #15 from the regulator/gas valve and replace with the Nat cap.

Re-install the burner and gas pipe fitting and the wires for the flame switch.

You can do this with a mixture of 50% water and 50% liquid dish soap. You can dobb this onto the fitting after you have pressurized the gas line. If you get bubbles either tighten the fitting or have a service technician check it.

If you do not feel comfortable doing this please have a certified gas technician do this for you and he will do a leak check when he is done.

I hope this will help.

Thank you for using Manage My Life.

Do you have a diagram for the throttle linkage for a Sears walk behind mower model 917373844? Or can you explain how to hook it up to governor?

I am sending you some images of connections of the governor linkage for Tecumseh engines. Look at the pictures and find the one that looks like your carb connections.
