Problem with treadmill.

Carol, I am sorry you are having a problem with folding the treadmill. Usually when we see this problem, it is because the treadmill is still slightly inclined. I recommend double checking the incline. Once it is all the way down see if it will fold up. The shock does not have any adjustment. I hope this is helpful. Carol, I am sorry that did not work. If you could please reply below with the model number off the treadmill, I will be able to see what style you have. The problem could be the treadmill is out of calibration. When it looses its calibration, the console says it is 1.5 degrees but it is not that low. GR: Follow the Anonymous instructions above. The deck lube is part 219168 which can be used to lubricate the walking deck and belt. The noise could be from the front or rear roller too.
