Treadmill walking belt replacement

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem installing the walking belt. Your model has a spring on the right side of the rear roller. Other than having the spring, the instructions should the same. To remove the rear roller, take the rear cover off first. Then make note of all the parts. Taking a picture would be the best. Then remove the springs on each side of the bracket with needle nose pliers. Next, remove the adjusting screw on the left side. Now move to the right side and remove the nut on the long threaded bolt. Make sure to count the number of turns so it can be reinstalled with the same tension. Once the nut is off, slide the bolt out and catch the spring, washers, and spacer. Then you can remove the bracket and roller from the treadmill. The rest of the instructions should be same as on the sheet that came with the belt. When ready to install the rear roller do it in reverse order you took it apart.

When adjusting the walking belt all the adjusting is from the left side. To bring the belt to the left, loosen the bolt and to move the belt to the right tighten the bolt.
