I understand that your control board on your treadmill is not working, which can be very disappointing due to all the neat features that are displayed on the display board. While you are waiting for an expert to respond, I have attached some helpful links below that may provide information to assist you with your question. Have a great day!

Thank you for your question on the treadmill working one day and then not the next.

It sounds like it took a power surge and that is what damaged the motor controller.

There is a way to check the motor to see if you will also need to replace the motor.

Open the hood and remove the two wires from the motor from the controller. With a volt ohm meter set to the DC scale insert the meter leads into the motor wires.

Then power up the treadmill and walk drive the belt up to 3 mph and the meter should read at least 27 volts DC.

If it does not give you that voltage the motor and the controller will need to be both replaced.

Motor controller board complete .

Motor for treadmill .

In the future if you choose to repair the treadmill, please use a power strip protector and unplug the unit from the outlet when not in use. This will protect the controller and it will last longer.

I am sorry but we do not have any on board components for repairing the motor controller board.

Please let me know what you find out.
