Question and Answers

Q:

5303935203 we received 3 pieces of adhesive backed foil with the glass for the oven door. 1 is 1" by 30" and 2 are 4" x 8". What do I do with them???????

A:

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

I added an image below of where the foil should be installed. It will stick to outer side of key#6 between the key# 6 and the outer door glass. The 1" x 30" piece will fit along the bottom and the 2" x 4" will fit one each side as illustrated in the image below. Make sure it does not when looking through the outer door glass.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.

Q:

Why are the cutout dimensions for wall ovens smaller than the exterior dimensions?

A:

Without knowing the specific model number I will not be able to provide any specific details. The cut out specifications are normally smaller than the exterior because the body will slide into the opening and the control panel and trim covers the edge of the opening.

If you have a specific model number in mind, you can view the cut out specification or the dimensions of the wall oven at http://www.managemylife.com/ under Manuals or you can view the specifications at Sears.com or resubmit your question with the model number for the cut out specifications.

Q:

Can you help with troubleshooting my Lifestyler 8 treadmill?

A:

The error code EEEE indicates the console is not receiving information from the speed sensor.

The speed sensor can be a reed switch next to the front roller or a photo switch and disc attached to the rear of the motor.

If the speed disc has rubbed on the photo switch, the photo switch needs to be replaced. If the reed switch is out of position, the magnet in the front roller won't cause it to open and close.

One of these should solve the problem.
