Your details seem to indicate that the oven clock control won't work. If the stove top burners heat properly then you likely have bad clock control board (part number 316455420). You can unplug the range and check the wiring connections on that clock control board in the console. Here is a link for short video that shows how to access that part: Range Clock Control Replacement . If the wiring connections are okay, I recommend that you try replacing that clock control board. You can order that part from the Sears PartsDirect website. That control costs about $80.

Be sure that you unplug the range before accessing the console and replacing that control board.

If the stove top burners don't work and the oven control is dead, I recommend that you check the outlet plug and the house circuit breakers or fuses for the range. You could have a voltage supply failure in that situation.

NOTE: This reply is based on Kenmore model 790.91312010 instead of the model 790.9132010 that is in your details. That model number in your details appears to be slightly off (missing the digit "1" between the 3 and the 2). If you have a different model or need more help, reply with additional details and an updated model number.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
