Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having this problem with the burners. This would be strange for all 4 burners to have this problem unless it was a voltage problem to the cooktop. If it's not getting the full 240 volts the burners will only get warm. In this case, check for a tripped breaker. If the breakers are ok, a voltage check will need to be made at the cooktop. If it is getting the full 240 volts it would lead to a problem with the infinite switches and it would be very unusual for all of the switches to fail at the same time. If this is the case, the switch for the small burners is # 318293813 and the switch for the large burners is # 318293814.
