Question and Answers

I have provided two links below that should be very helpful to you... The first gives an short answer as to what an F 10 means. The second link will bring up a page that will offer many links you can review. By studying different links and perspectives, you gain a deeper understanding. If a link suggest a part (i.e. temp probe) you could type in "oven temp probe" in the upper right hand corner of this page to get instructions on how to replace it. Or you could recontact us and requests step by step instructions which we will provide you. I hope this is helpful and have a nice morning.

Thank you for the question about your oven error code F10; sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue.
The F10 code means runaway heat, you can try disconnecting power to the oven for a minute or so and if the code reappears then it will need service.
The component associated with the code is the heat probe or temperature sensor. Normally just replacing the part solves the problem, however depending on the extent of the heat, there could be other problems, the electronic control board and even damaged wiring internal. I recommend call for service and will provide a link for your convenience. If you feel confident in testing components and have the special testing equipment please reply with more detail and I can assist farther.

Thanks Ron H.
