If this is a new installation, be sure that the oven was properly converted to use LP gas by a qualified installer. The image below shows the procedure from the installation guide for converting this oven to use LP gas. If that oven was not converted (or was not converted properly) then it could be causing the symptoms that you are describing.

If you need a qualified installer to convert the oven to LP gas, you can contact your local gas provider. You may also be able to find a pre-screened service provider on the ServiceLive.com website.
