Q:

Snow blade for '06 DYT4000?

A:

Thank you for your question.

I will be happy to assist you. I searched through our fit up books. The only model snow blade I show for your tractor is model 486.24441. The models you listed for older tractors with different frames.

I hope this is helpful. Please let me know if you need further assistance on the air compressor.

Thank you for using Manage my life.

Q:

I need a 30 inch high base for a 76 inch round table top.

A:

Thank you for your question on the table pedestal for the 76 inch round table.

Are you trying to find another one like what is in the picture?

This would probably have to be a custom built piece.

The base circles would need to be made up and then cut into the circles.

The support between the disks and the table top would need to be turned with a lathe.

Most of all the dinning tables that large have feet instead of a round base.

I am afraid that we do not have anything like this.

Q:

Kenmore dishwasher gets stuck at 76 min cycle time in "normal" cycle.

A:

Thank you for submitting a question to Manage My Life.

Without knowing what you have checked, I am at a distinct disadvantage. When this dishwasher LONG CYCLES or aborts in a certain portion of the cycle, as part of normal operation, the dishwasher pauses 2 or 3 times during the cycle for thermal holds and advances once temperature is met. Some of the things that can cause this are:

  1. Low inlet water temperature. A). Make sure your water heater is set to deliver 120 degree water (minimum).
  2. Dishwasher hooked up to cold water line. A). Make sure the dishwasher is hooked up to the HOT water line.
  3. Loose connection(s). A). Check the wire connections at the thermistor, control board, and heater circuit. B). OHM the heating circuit and wires.
  4. Thermistor problem. A). OHM the thermistor and wires.
  5. Problem with thermistor input on control. A). Check control's ability to read thermistor in Diagnostics (Run diagnostics).Always unplug or de-energize electrical equipment before removing covers or attempting service. Be careful and wear appropriate hand protection when working around sharp metal parts.

Here is what I recommend:
  1. Run the diagnostics cycle. I have included the tech sheet in the images below.
  2. OHM the thermistor from the control board at P2-2 to the white wire at the terminal block. The correct range for the thermistor is 48-52K (+/- 10 %) at 25 degrees Celsius or 77 degrees Fahrenheit and 12-13K (+/- 10 %) at 60 degrees Celsius or 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. OHM the heater circuit. From P6 on the control to the white wire at the terminal block. 10 - 35 OHMS

NOTE: Diagnostics Cycle, Thermistor Open/Short Detection: The Diagnostics Test cycle will illuminate the CLEAN LED and WATER HEATING LED throughout the operating portion of the cycle that follows the initial display test interval whenever it detects a short circuit or open circuit on the thermistor input. Warm water must be in the dishwasher when performing this test. The highest thermistor resistance values the control can detect as its open circuit criteria are close to the normal thermistor resistance at room temperature. Consequently, this indicator is only reliable for open circuit detection if warm water is in the dishwasher. As a means of testing the accuracy of the thermistor circuit, the control will turn on the SANITIZED/SANI COMPLETE LED in Interval 3 of Diagnostics when it detects a thermistor resistance of 10K OHMS, or at least a resistance that is within a 1-bit range around 10K based on the resolution of the control's A/D circuit.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

I hope this is helpful. Check the things I have covered here, and if I may be of further assistance, include more details in a reply to this post.
