Question and Answers

Q:

Kenmore Gas Oven/Range Model # 66575023100, Serial RL3810790, keeps reseting during cooking cycle and gives the following error message: E0 F0

A:

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

If in fact the error code is F0E0, this code is not shown in the tech sheet or service manual. There is a F1EO, F2E0, F3E0, and F5E0.

A proper ground and the proper polarity is necessary for the direct spark ignition control to sense the presence of the bake burner flame. If the range as a poor ground or if the power supply polarity is reversed, the control will appear to operate normally. I added several images below that should be helpful. NOTE: I do not recommend making any voltage measurements unless you have experience and feel safe and confident in doing so; otherwise I strongly suggest calling a service technician with the knowledge and training to properly diagnose and repair your range.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.

Q:

How to reinstall stainless steel panel on gas range door

A:

Your details seem to indicate that you are just missing that lower trim piece. The parts diagram is shown in the first image below. That bottom trim piece (part 8053950) is Key 22 in that parts drawing. I posted some photographs of that part in the second image. It is difficult to say for sure that this is the only part that you will need. Based on your description, ordering and replacing that part should fix your problem. You can order that bottom trim piece from this page: Kenmore Gas Range 6653.75023100 .

I hope that this information helps. If you need more assistance, reply with additional details (and digital pictures if possible).
