Question and Answers

Q:

How do I replace the spinner on my Kenmore Elite dishwasher?

A:

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem with the dishwasher. I should be able to help you replace the spinner. I found a video that shows how to replace the spinner on a model similar to yours. I think your model has clips to secure the feed tube. To release the tube from the top, pry the clips from the tabs. The video also shows a bushing to be used to secure the spinner. On your part, the spinner does not have the bushing it fastens to the mounting pin. Then the instructions are the same as the video. Please click here to watch the video.

If you have any problems replacing the spinner, please feel free to reply below with more details. I will be happy to help you.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
