Question and Answers

"PF" light keeps coming on 66515925690 Kenmore Undercounter dishwasher

Thanks for the inquiry and for being a valued member.

I am sorry to hear of the issue you're having with the PF error on the dishwasher. I know how frustrating that is to have happen.

The "PF" code indicates a Power Failure. Pressing the Cancel/Drain/Reset button should cancel the "PF" code and control and start a drain cycle. If the "PF" will not cancel out then it could have a control failure or a door switch latch failure.

Since you have recently replaced the latch with no success, the electronic control would be the most likely suspect. We would recommend having a service technician test the board to confirm.

If you would feel more confident have a Sears Home Service technician help assist with the diagnosis/repair, you can call 1-800-469-4663, or click here to be directed to the page to set up service.

I hope this helps and thanks for using We appreciate your business.

Door lever replacement 66515925690 Kenmore Undercounter dishwasher

Thank you for choosing and being a valued member. I can certainly assist you in locating the instructions to replace the door lever on your dishwasher.

Removing the Console Panel
The control panel on the Kenmore Elite 2000 Dishwasher comes in two versions: a) Split Controls:
Top and Front and b) Front Display. Both control panels are removed in the same manner.
1. Remove the six (6) screws securing the control panel to the door frame. (Fig. 3-1)
2. The control panel will now drop down and be free of the door assembly. The wiring harness will remain connected to the console components.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

Thank you for your question. Have a great day.

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

Your old dishwasher required a 20 amp breaker and the new one would also require the same.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.
