Here is a video that will demonstrate this procedure; Video . This video is for demonstration purposes only. This washer may not look exactly like yours, but the procedure is basically the same. Always unplug or de-energize electrical equipment before removing covers or attempting service. Be careful and wear appropriate hand protection when working around sharp metal parts.

I am not sure which panels that you are referring to. That installation guide that Priscilla V. posted in the above response may help you if you are trying to install the lower kick panels on that dishwasher. If you need to replace the outer front door panel, then you may be able to use the information shown in the image below. If you need more replace a different panel on the dishwasher, I recommend that you reply with additional details and we will assist you further.
