Question and Answers

no power on dishwaher model number 66513242k900

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

I must assume the control panel is not powering up at all. No lights coming on after shutting the door and pressing a cycle selection.

If this assumption is correct and the voltage supply has been checked and confirmed where the voltage supply is connected to the electrical junction box then I would have to assume the non-resettable thermal switch has opened and breaking the electrical circuit to the control board. To access the thermal cut-off switch will require removing the control panel and accessing the control board. The thermal cut-off will have a solid black wire and black wire with a white stripe connected to it. The thermal switch can be disconnected and test for continuity with and Ohm meter. NOTE: Disconnect the power supply from the dishwasher before accessing the thermal cut-off.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.
