Question and Answers

Q:

commercial dryer

A:

You could have weak gas valve coils. Since the burner initially ignites properly, the thermostat and radiant sensor are likely okay. If the igniter glows and then cycles off but the burner will not light after the initial burn then you will probably need to replace the gas valve coils.

This information may help you resolve your dryer heating failure.

If you need more assistance, reply with additional details and the full model number of your dryer.

commercial washer

A:

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

It is normal for the tub to fill half full with water in the rinse cycle. The washer is designed this way in order to meet the Department of Energy (DOE) requirements/standards.
