Do I need to return the parts I recieved and live with a 30' hose?

Thank you for choosing and being a valued member. I can certainly assist you.

There are two different quick connects. You may have ordered the wrong one.

There is the garden hose quick connect with part number 7175187. Or there is the accessory quick connect 7175197. These are the correct part numbers for your model number. The number you ordered is not the correct item.

Also you can only order the original hose and maybe the garden hose quick connect will allow your hose to be quick connect.

You can also visit for parts, diagrams, and repair information.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

Thank you for your question. Have a great day.

Air/gas blow-back through carburetor. 580752531 Craftsman Pressure washer

Thanks for the inquiry and for being a valued member.

I am sorry to hear of th eissue you're having with the pressure washer. I know how frustrating that is.

This definitely sounds like a sticking or bent intake valve. You could also have a sheared flywheel key. I would recommend to start by checking the clearances on both intake and exhaust. Based upon the Briggs manual, the intake and exhaust should be set between .004"-.008". If the intake is too tight, it will hold it open slightly and cause the issue you're experiencing.

I hope this helps and thanks for using We appreciate your business.
