Pressure Washer has no pressure 580752500 Craftsman Pressure washer

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem with the pressure washer. If you are not getting any pressure, I recommend cleaning the hole in the nozzle at the end of the wand. If it is plugged, it will hold the unloader valve open and the pump will not build pressure. If cleaning the nozzle does not help, I suspect the unloader valve is stuck open. Lime and minerals building in the pump cause this. You can try to remove the unloader and clean the parts to see if it helps. I posted an image below that show the parts of the unloader valve. Just click on the image to enlarge it. Once you have the unloader out use WD-40 and Scotch brite pad to clean the parts. After you have them clean, reassemble the unit and check the operation. If it still does not work, I recommend replacing the pump because the parts for the pump are not available separately.

I hope this is helpful. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Thank you for using Manage my life.
