Q:

need a pump stamatic

A:

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem with the pressure washer. I searched for a breakdown of this model in the service manual but did not have any luck. The only schematic we have on this unit is the parts break down. I posted an image of it below. Click on the image to enlarge it.

I hope this is helpful. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Thank you for using Manage my life.

Q:

I have a model 580752340 pressure washer. It doesn't suck the soap in. I already replaced the injector. Can you help please?

A:

You need to clean the stainless steel ball and spring in the chemical injector. The opening in the manifold where the ball and spring fit should also be cleaned.

When you have the ball and spring removed, connect a water hose and turn the water on. Remove the gun and wand from the end of the pressure hose and let water run through the pump and hose.

You are probably getting debris in the chemical injector causing it not to work.

To clean the ball and spring, remove the detergent draw hose from the pump. Unscrew the fitting the hose connects to and carefully remove it from the pump. Lift the spring and ball out of the pump body and clean the housing they go into and the ball and spring. Clean the housing and make sure the holes inside the housing are clean.
