Question and Answers

Washer starts, but stops immediately and is frozen until it eventualy releases. 580752192 Craftsman Pressure washer

Thank you for your inquiry on your Craftsman Pressure Washer, Model: 580.722192. From reviewing the details on your model, several things can cause the pressure to have erratic pressure. Check the inlet hose for kinks, the water supply to the pump might be erratic. Check the high pressure hose for kinks, this can cause the problem. The most common cause for the loss of pressure is the spray nozzle on the wand is restricted. If the nozzle restricts the flow out of the wand, the unloader valve in the pump will open and close rapidly. The unloader valve in the pump might also need cleaning or replacing. The pump can also have internal problems with water leaking through the check valves and around the pistons. This is unusual, but possible.

Safety Warning: Before beginning the repair, disconnect the direct power supply to the pressure washer to prevent the risk of injury or any electrical shock.

If you don’t feel comfortable or confident in this repair, then you can have it repaired at home by a sears technician. I have the included a link to the website: Sears Home Services or call 1-800-469-4663.

part # 189971GS 580752192 Craftsman Pressure washer

Thanks for using and for being a valued member.

There isn’t a generic chemical container per se. You need to purchase whichever chemical solution you need, which comes in the bottle that you use with the pressure washer. There are three available, which I have linked below for convenience. In regards to the hose, it will include the connectors and screen. The hose would not include any of the chemical solution bottles.

I hope this helps and thanks for using We appreciate your business.
