Question and Answers

Q:

RV refrigerator needs to keep its cool above 85

A:

When the refrigerator is not cooling properly in high ambient temperature, it normally indicates that one of the requirements for proper cooling is at a borderline state. Here are some tips that may help:

  • Make sure that the vent is completely clear.
  • Check the unit to make sure that it is level.
  • Verify that the gas supply is adequate. The burner must supply the correct amount of heat for cooling.
If all of the requirements are optimized, then you likely have a problem with the cooling unit that will need to be serviced by a technician. Regular home appliance refrigerator technicians do not often have the expertise to service this type of unit. You will normally need to visit an RV dealer or service center to have the refrigerator serviced properly.

Q:

J.C. Higgins Model 85

A:

I checked all of our resources for a manual on that firearm. I did not find one available. That firearm was probably manufactured in the 1950's. Unless a reader has the manual and can post it online, it is not likely that you will find that document.

A:

Thank you for choosing Manage My Life. Several different factors play into one's life expectancy. Some scientist dispute that life longevity has nothing to do with the way one has lived but in the DNA that you carry. One thing is for certain, a general awareness of a healthy life style will literally be the difference between life and death.

At 85, males have a higher risk of health problems hindering there performance regardless of race. Eating right and keeping active will certainly prevent these issues. It is proven that Seniors who exercise, live longer and have better quality of life. Of course the region you live in can affect this some however, your body has to wonderful ability to adjust to unfamiliar surroundings.
